We are a co-educational preparatory day school. The Art and DT Department have launched a new after school club this term called 'The White Cube' after the famous gallery in Hoxton and also because our studio space looks a bit like a white cube. The idea behind the White Cube is that children in Year 5 and 6 become both their own artist and teacher. Issues in the media are discussed and children create thought-evoking pieces in response and in any media of their choice. The club is artist/child run and a CEO, Treasurer and Secretary are appointed each term.
