The American School in London, founded in 1951, is an independent, non-profit, college preparatory day school for students in Kindergarten through Grade 12. The student body comprises 1,350 boys and girls, who represent more than 45 nationalities, with 30-plus languages spoken at home in addition to English. The School's mission is to develop the intellect and character of each student by providing an outstanding American education with a global perspective.
