I want to make art of our time - not the future nor the past. Portraits is what I do. Directly or not, people are my leitmotiv. My work uses photography but in a unconventional way - technology and today's way of living become part of my process. That's why I use webcams as the starting point of my final works. Also, by using such unconventional way of making images, I break the basic rule of photography that says "the photographer is always physically present whenever a photo is taken".
