St. Elizabeth Academy
I attend St. Elizabeth Academy High School in St. Louis, Missouri, where I am a senior. My education in photography began during the fall of my junior year of high school. Then, I was a student in film photography, and learned the techniques of processing and developing film. The following semester I studied digital photography in which I learned the basics of Photoshop. Currently, I'm enrolled in an AP portfolio
2-D design class where I will have to present my knowledge and skills of photography through my photographs.
Through most of my photographs, I like to reveal the reality of my subjects. I also wish that the viewers are able to develop an interpretation, or simply understand what I am attempting to portray. I tend to draw away from heavily using photoshop because I feel that my focus will be disrupted. Nonetheless, the purpose for many of my photographs is to make my viewers think, believe, and wonder.
