Compositions
The raw material, base for the series, came from graphical magazines, periodicals, folders and other materials - analogical - that they had passed for an initial selection. From the first selection, the component images of these materials had been cut and separate by formal criteria - colors, textures, formats, etc. Compositions with parts of images had been mounted in collage that had resulted in new other images. This was the first manipulation suffered for the materials. In another step, these collage had been scanned and manipulated with aid of the computer with edition program of images. The result of thesethree processes of appropriation, re-appropriation and re-signification of images is the series Compositions. In each one of them the spectator in accordance with has a possible fan of "readings" or "visualization"its repertoire and its feelings.
The "chosen space" for the exhibition of Compositions is the InterNetfor possessing many similarities with the workmanships: appropriation,re-appropriation, re-signification, what it provides diverse "possible readings" of its contents that are part of an open universe the discoveries for that init they sail.
