one of the most precious gifts you can give someone is your time. when people give you their time, they are saying they love you. a friend of mine has spent the past few years mentoring three young girls caught in the foster care system. she has given them so much time because she loves them and now she faces the dilemna of wanting to adopt them but knowing, to do this, would mean sacrificing her young adult life (she only being 25 years old herself). love is time a friend of mine travels the world looking for "love". he believes love is the one, most important thing in life. i think one day, with time, he will realize he was always surrounded by love to begin with. love is time. a person i know experienced a divorce a few years back. to be married with a family was her dream. lies and mental illness poisoned her dream and it fell apart in what felt like an instant. after dealing with the death of her dream she began attempting to rebuild it by looking for "love". for her, "love" was a stopwatch and she only had a limited time to find it or she would be lost forever. love is time |
