I was born in 1979 in San Sebastian, Basque Country.
Ever since i remember there´s been a piece of paper and a pencil with me. I started to draw when i was very little and i was motivated by my family at all times (but also warned about the hard work that means such a decission in life:to be an artist...). I joined the Facultad de Bellas Artes at Universidad de Pais Vasco in Lejona, Bilbao, and i discovered my real passion for painting in my second year.
At the age of 21 i decided to move to London, just after doing my first ever show, in Santander. I´ve produced most of my work in London where apart of my paintings i´ve worked with screenprinting doing limited series of artwork on paper and also t-shirts, wich eventually i showed in Spitalfields Market where i had my store for a few months.
Now, almost 7 years later exhibitions have taken place in London, Barcelona and San Sebastian. In January 2004 i showed at Mall Galleries in a group show.
Through my years in London i´ve worked on city scenes, mostly of the East End.
I enjoy very much searching for colourful casual compositions with all the different elements that keep moving on this bussy surface that is London.

| Bodyboard and snowboard even i don´t have many chances to practice any of them.
My bycicle transports me almost everywhere, and sadly is almost the only sport that i do at the moment... |

Love the landscape paintings. With some more experimenting and playing around the outline drawings would work better i think. Nice idea though - graphic figures. |
