I work directly out of my head, attempting to organize visual information through spontaneous combustion. Through spontaneity I am able to grasp my thoughts, yet to use this organized chaos which is crucial in my work. I use many different materials; inks, watercolors, acrylic paints, and oils, but I am not enslaved to these. I will use any instrument in which I can approach a loose line, that flows along with my movement. I use this technique for the ability to make my brain stronger in the visual context, by training my mind to work from memory or from its own entanglement of visions. Through this process I began to recall all that has shaped me through my life from childhood to present. These connections are substantial to me as an artist, as an individual, and to the viewer. Through the viewers' own subconscious thoughts they should be able to identify with my work and the emotions that are expressed.
