I am a mature student on the BA(hons)Photography course at UWE Bristol.
The black and white images shown won an unusual competition held by the Bristol office of consultant surveyors valuers and auctioneers Edward Symmons,in February 2007.
Chris Price, Partner in charge of the Bristol office, explains “We wanted some original local artworks to display in the new boardroom at our Frogmore Street offices. We were keen to foster some local talent so we approached the photography department at UWE and invited students there to create a series of black and white photos incorporating unusual shots of buildings, bridges, skylines, or architectural features
“We were delighted with the standard of work which resulted, and Nick’s photos look great in our boardroom. I’m sure they’ll generate interest for years to come.”
The images are now available as limited edition prints.
