I am a painter working from archival sources. I work with the idea of collections and i work from my own collections of imagery.
My paintings deal with imagery as a sensory experience. Through the removal of information i aim to create a sense of the uncanny by leaving elements of the familiar from the sources whilst creating an 'other-worldy' quality by use of unauthentic colours.
