Luc Borell introduces a new concept and is defined as a "fotofone" artist. He realizes his photographs only with the digital camera of his mobile phone. It is to simplify its shots and avoid the techniques he uses the digital camera, which he uses as a roadmap. His pictures are all over again on the computer. Cultural engineer, his passion remains art as a global medium.

• Luc Borell initie un nouveau concept et se définit comme un « fotofone » artiste. Il réalise ses photos uniquement avec l’appareil numérique de son téléphone mobile. C’est afin de simplifier ses prises de vue et d’éviter les contraintes techniques qu’il utilise cet appareil numérique, dont il se sert comme d’un carnet de route. Ses photos sont toutes retravaillées sur ordinateur. Ingénieur culturel, sa passion reste l’art en tant que médium global.
