I'm studying BA Fine Art Painting at the moment. With much of my work taken from nature. Nature has a lot to offer me as an artist and I hope to continue to study the landscape and express through my work what it means to me!
MY STATMENT
As an artist I use imagination, my creativity through meaning and expression. I get my inspiration from nature, using forms and subjects to construct an impression of a fleeting moment in time, which I want others to understand and know what i see through the medium of paint, colour and print.
The effects of sunlight changes the colours of our surroundings and this moves me to creativity. I like to work in a variety of ways. Often the subject I have chosen to paint will dictate whether I use, acrylic on boards, or canvas. Would it look better as a print? Deciding on the method used to interpret is a challenge that I welcome. It stretches my creativity; I approach the subject with 80% of what I know, 15% of learning and 5% trying out something new. To me painting has an endless list of ways to surprise me as I'm not always in control of the out come.

I can't really say, because I would think it would be more about a piece of work that I really hated, and i always try to find something good about the artwork that I'm looking at. |

HOSTEL - it was all so pathetic,the only thing good about the movie was the end. It was ment to be a horrer, and I spent more time taking the p**s out of it. |

I don't tend to remember, often I don't get past the first three chapters.Some times a book is slow to get into, but by the third chapter- and your still board, why bother reading any more. |

The London Underground, it's hot, stuffy and full of black suff that gets suck in my nose. |

I think it would be types of people that always blame some one else for thier mistakes. |

I hate Coronation Street, I've watched it for so many years that I find it dull and boaring. |

I don't like rave it just repeates it's pulse over and over, there is no artistic meaning to it. |

| History has alway held a fasonation with me, it would be early history, the Egiptians, Celts etc, and a good wild life documentory |

我的运动和喜好

| I ejoy gardening,it's about being creative. And some needle work, but a bit too interested in painting for that at the moment, but would like to combine the two some time, painting my own designs and then using the medium of needle ponit and textiles to create, depth and space in my work.
Going to watch a good movie at the cinnema and tenpin bowling is good fun too. |
