IMAGE UPLOADING PROBLEMS:

The system only accepts jpg images.

Please convert all images to jpg.

The images must be under 2mb in size

The system accepts and will re-size your images on your behalf but ideally the images should be no larger then 72dpi.

To re-size images and pixel size on a Photoshop program please select the image go to ‘Image’, ‘Image size’ The width can be adjusted (500 pixel width is an ideal size for the system, it accepts a larger pixel width but if you are experiencing problems please try re-sizing to 500 pixels in width)

You can also adjust the dpi (‘Resolution’). Please adjust this to: 72 pixel/inch

Please save the image titles as simply as possible for example save them as a.jpg or b.jpg to prevent any problems with the upload.

Please prevent saving the images using symbols, numbers or dashes for example ‘ / - 12 ; #
e.g. my_image-124#.jpg

As this may affect the upload

If the image appears as a broken image with a red cross or appears as blank, then the image is an incorrect format and needs to be saved as a jpg using the guidelines above.

STUART USERS:

Stuart users can load an unlimited amount of images onto their profile, images can be replaced, adjusted and changed


PASSWORD AND USERNAME PROBLEMS:

The password and username fields are case sensitive; please ensure that you use the correct combination of lower case and capital letters that you registered with. If you have forgotten your username and password please visit here: http://www.saatchi-gallery.co.uk/stuart/password_reminder/

Please ensure you use the e-mail address that you registered the profile with.

The profile will only go live when an image has been added to the profile.

Please register with an image as attempting to register without an image will not be accepted.


MAC PROBLEMS:

If you are trying to register with Safari and are experiencing problems please try registering with Firefox or register an initial and simple profile from a PC and make the necessary updates using a MAC
