I was born Erwin Vanmassenhove on the 4th of July: Independence Day! This happy event took place near Antwerp in the Saint-Augustin Maternity. As a child I was a wildly unfocussed mind diving from one impression into another. My interests lay everywhere. I picked stones from the ground as I collect all kinds of material 'left-overs', from flattened oxidated tin cans over champaignbottlecorkmetallics thru organic materials found in nature. As a child I was fascinated by light and (moving) shades. This has remained until today. At four years old my parents veto-ed against music school, though I deeply wanted to play violin. Today I play several instruments and compose music, much inspired by John Cage. My first band THE JOYOUS COSMOLOGY is currently doing international gigs with beautiful experimental soundscapes. I, myself, do only appear as a guest for the Joy.co, nowadays. These are performances under the artistname SFP, (the) Stress Free Poet. In Flemish, this is translated as: '(de) Antistresspoweet', the artistname I am known by in my hometown Antwerp. I have been writing since I could. Poetry came along. Friends brought me to stage. A paper sheet and a pencil under the influence of a kind revolutionary spirit. Breaking out of conventions has been my middle name. Boring readings became animated. The thin borderlines between artist and audience were an intruiging target for my shamanistic spirit. This added up into an unaivoidable and so natural conclusion: THOU ART GOD. You can create your universe as you like. Everybody is an artist. Each one of us has potential to be a genius, master in one's own universe, free to create what and how they like. Dalì proposed a healthy change: at 19 years old he said: I IS A GENIUS. Thus leaving space for all to join in. The idea of any seperate elite is intollerable. Technical knowledge one can learn, especially near a chosen and respected Master. Craftsmanship takes time and procedural repetition leading up the karma-chakra-alchemistical path. This path is available to all. You are also connected to all you may consider strange, stranger or other... All you experience is all you will ever be. Do as you like Filliou said. Superwicca for the braindead. Wake up and see you are a wonderful whole in tune to the universal song. The greatest ennemy of art is good taste. Experiment. Believe you are the greatest creator yourself. All miracles will happen. So, I became painter. Though I studied for Film Director. And I picked up a lot about all kinds of printing techniques at the Antwerp Academy of Fine Arts ;-) |

You are my favourite artist! Create a nickname. Create yourself a splendid universe. You can. This is why you have a mind. And it's at Large anyway. So, grab the opportunity! I did. I wanted to be a poet. And so I became acknowledged as one. My artist name became: de Antistresspoweet.... Or, more international: SFP, (the) Stress Free Poet. My adagio: NO STRESS SUCCESS. And it's exactly what's happening. My fellow artists, friends as myself are becoming more and more successful. Though always in line with the Higher Laws of Our Universe. As Joseph Beuys stated: The essence of economy is: If I take care of you, someone else will take care of me. If it ain't got that swing, it ain't my thing!! Do as you dance, dance as you do. Nothing more to it. |

| KC is short for Kristel Ceuppens and PLUK stands for Marc Suyckerbuyck. Pluk is the Flemish word for 'pick', as in picking fruit. Carpe Diem and Carpe Noctem should ring a bell. Sunshine Gang is close enough. We are radiating Antwerp Underground Brilliance. We live the Legend. Will you come in and join in and join us....

| I made that in psychiatry, in some happy flash. The original book was written by two friends: Emanuel Bruynseraede, a briljant theaterplay writer (who for instance won a great award in Hamburg) and Kristo the Antwerp-based musician, publisher (http://marsraker.blogspot.com/) and writer. This books are letters my friends wrote concerning AND BEING CONCERNED ABOUT poverty especially amongst artists with mental states of higher consciousness.... Why are so many artist manic-depressed? Hey, I believe my ups and downs are part of the genius. By the way, I believe any- and everybody has the potential to be a genius. 'All miracles will happen', my friend Louise Landes Levi wrote me in a mail, some days ago. And she is on the dot. ALL MIRACLES WILL HAPPEN!!!! |

| Have a look around you. No stress or show-off needed. All you touch may turn to gold. It's all about sharing ;-) MANIFEST OF ZEROHEROISM: 1. Art and Anti-art do not exist. 2. All art movements do not exist. 3. No art movement has ever existed. 4. Non-movement equals movement. 5. Names as dada, dadaism, futurism, surrealism and so on, are illusions. As are all names, concepts, agreements and definitions. 6. Zeroheroism is a word like any other word. 7. Zeroheroism is the last of all isms. 8. Zeroheroism is the ultimate joke. 9. Zeroheroism is the last stage. 10. Zeroheroism is beyond time and space. 11. Zeroheroism is an act of god. 12. Zeroheroism acknowledges every (human) being to be god. 13. Zeroheroism accepts god can be dead. 14. Zeroheroism is a paradox. 15. Zeroheroism awaits all to accept: The museum is everywhere. The museum doesn't stop at the door. We all are a living theatre. We are all a living poem. The stage is everywhere. The stage exists over it's imagineiry edges. Nobody is the true artist, Unless we all are. 16. Zeroheroism encourages people to perform acts of zeroheroism. 17. What are acts of zeroheroism? Acts of heroism linked to zero. Inserting zero by all means into everyday life. This does not necesserilly imply anti-heroism. Life-affirming culture can also be constructive for a human being. Full credit may be taken on part of the Creator. Acts of vanity are encouraged. As long as the zero hits the spotlight first. What happens to the ego next is of no importance. 18. Zeroheroism is circular. 19. Zeroheroism is not in a dictionary yet. 20.
