Good day, sunshine!
Yes, I was a teenager, when the Beatles had their best time. I was born 1955 in Zürich, Switzerland, but I am living since 1986 in this dark city called "Berlin" (but I like it!). Now I am looking forward to the Year 2010 'casuse I will be 55 then, & I like this number - & I hope I will be a real good artist at this time!

| 关于此艺术家 |
Recently I like ceramics! It is a really lovely material that you can form without too much pressure. Before I was working with wood most of the time, but that for you need a lot of power and agression! My aim is to create with my art someting like an icon, a clear picture that opens new spaces in the spirit of an observer - & that is not an easy job! |

| 教育程度与个人自传 |
| I was never student at an art-school. I was "learning" art, by working for galleries, Museums and Artists. So I was meeting Old Guys like Mario Merz and Master Szeemann, but many younger artists, when I was working for Kunstwerke Berlin or Eigen & Art at Berlin, too. The nicest show I could organce at the Kunstfaktor in Berlin (www.kunstfaktor.de). |

27.07.2009 - 09.08.2009
at the Higure Gallery Tokyo
a group show with artists from Berlin and Tokyo will be curated by Tatsumi Orimoto. Tatsumi-San is an international artist well know for his "art-mama"-series and "bread-man"-performances. My intention is to produce for this show new ceramics in Japan. With the butoh-dancer and coreographer Anna Barth we will creat a improvised dance-piece for the garden of a temple (see also: www.annabarth.de) |
