Kristin Thomas was born in Fort Huachuca, Arizona, on September 17, 1975. From an early age, she exhibited talent in the use of both the written word and artistic representation. Traveling Europe and the Far East with her military family, she was greatly influenced by her exposure to various societies, culture and the works of the great masters from within them. |

Kristin was destined for a life of pursuing expression and pushing the boundaries of society and thought. Her artwork is ever evolving and inspired by her environment and the human spirit. Her artistic expression makes use of a wide range of mediums, including oils, acrylics, paper mache, charcoal, chalk, pastels, colored pencils watercolors, etching, photography, computer graphics, clay, wood, metal and mixed media. |

| In 1997, Kristin began her study in the Fine Arts program at Auburn University at Montgomery, Alabama. It was there that she realized her abilities as an artist and began to hone her skills. In 2000, Kristin received her Bachelor of Arts degree and relocated to Washington, DC. Since then, she has continued to produce artwork in various mediums and has exhibited her work at such shows as the District of Columbia Art-O-Matic and the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop. In addition, she has been contracted to provide artistic representations and graphic designs for various firms, non-profit organizations and individuals. She has been honored to have her works presented before such prominent individuals as members of the U.S. Congress, Pope John Paul II and the King of Dubai. | |
