I’m a painter working mainly with acrylic on canvas, but there are times when I like to work with other mediums such as grain gels, markers and beads along with the acrylic.

My inspirations can come to me from anywhere at any time, though I often enjoy being inspired by movies or songs that I can relate to.

I’m also not afraid to get inspired by old stories that are considered cliché or corny nowadays, as I would always try to portray them in a way that would be relevant for today.

When it comes to artworks in general, I've always felt inclined towards those that are more raw. So when it comes to my own paintings, my brush strokes may seem a little harsh for some people when they see them for the first time.

In the end, I believe that a painting should look like a painting - because what's the point of a painting if it can easily be mistaken for a print?
