I was born in Finland and migrated to Australia in 1966. Always interested in the arts, my time came after my family grew to adulthood. Since then art has been my life and passion. |

I love working on canvas, paper and in fact all mediums, my definate favourite being oil on canvas. My works are mostly abstract, with a figurative base. I keep constantly evolving, allowing my inner self to dictate the direction my work takes at any given time. |

| At present I am working toward a show based on my property at Kotka, a beautiful 100 acres in the snowy mountains of North Eastern Victoria, Australia. Kotka, directly translates 'eagle' from Finnish, is a constant inspiration to me with the wedge tail eagles soring among the beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. | |
