| David Dalessandro | |
Born in Rochester, NY, moved to New York to attend the New York Studio School of Drawing Painting & Sculpture where he studied under Leland Bell, Paul Georges, Mercedes Matter, George McNeal. Shortly after, received a graduate teaching fellowship at Queens College Graduate Painting Department. Studied painting with Louis Finkelstein, Gabriel Laderman, Charles Cajori and Contemporary Criticism with Robert Pincus-Witten. |

I want to make images that are timeless. I’m heavily influenced by such Renaissance masters as Verrocchio and Paoallio Donatello, as well as Tang dynasty tomb sculptures of horses. |
