Elle Nicolaï is an artist of the spirit dedicated to “healing and transformation through art.” To manifest her intention, she incorporates ancient, shamanic as well as tribal symbols and aesthetics in her work. Her abstract and often primitive symbolism, along with her resplendent use of color and her exquisite dancing forms and lines, help the viewer to feel, reflect, and expand consciousness.

These “Alchemies of the Transvisible,” as she refers to them, display a neo-abstract style steeped in a universal language of animatism and sacred geometry. It is through this synthesis of ancient and modern abstraction that these artworks gain their emotive prowess.

Elle’s transpersonal art can be viewed as an organic and natural occurrence. She explains, “The transformative process integrates the artist as the pathway for the spirit (or energy) of creation itself and the viewer as observer, both participants altered by a newly actualized artistic composition.”

Her interest in this interplay reflects the transcendental theme that forms the undercurrent of integral art.

Elle Nicolaï translates what is seen through the Inner Eye, by taking
dream-images and meditational-glyphs, then placing them in our 3-dimensional reality, for us to see. In this transmutation of spatial harmony through inter-dimensional correspondence, her cosmos of creation embraces a non-referential time/space continuum.
