I use a method and a form of presentation in my work where I combine my curiosity for daily life and objects, my collectors? instinct and my interest in maps. The photograph, its reproductive quality and its ability to raise objects to a new status is throughout one of the driving forces in my projects. My work has a scientific approach and I have chosen to see the things I work with as scientific objects, relics, exhibition objects or archaeological finds. |

A collectors instinct

| "A collectors instinct" consists of objects which have been collected in different parts of the world. I have during the last years travelled and working with art projects. I have often collected objects, most people would call it trash, which caught my interest. The collection also consists of objects found in Stockholm, where I live. I am interested in mass produced objects and things that many people recognize. I am very selective, and chose small objects, often red plastic one. Today my collection consists of approximately 250 objects. |

| I have a collection of post-cards. Recently I have looked at them closely and found people who are not aware of the camera. I have made close-ups of these people caught in a moment many years ago. |
