Today, I still see my work from two different points of view. On one hand, there is the creative process of creating which precedes the actual painting. An idea, an atmosphere, the drafts, the compositions and thoughts about all that the painting will contain, about all that the painting will be. On the other hand, there is the active process of creating that shall realise the atmosphere and the idea. In case that both go hand in hand together, I am lucky with my work. |
