| Stelio Diamantopoulos grows up in Basel, Switzerland. 1978-1985 First drawings evolve in surrealistic and phantastic style. 1986 First exhibition at Basel, Switzerland. 1986-1990 Training at a wellknown advertisement firm to become a graphic designer. Since 1990 Diamantopoulos works as an independent painter. Exhibitions: 1986-2006 Numerous exhibitions in Switzerland and Germany. The latest important one-man-shows: 1999 Einstein Center of Culture, Munich, Germany 2000 at the Kunst Raum Riehen/ Beyeler Foundation, Basel, Switzerland 2003/2004 Museum H.R.Giger, Gruyères, Switzerland 2005 Palais Besenval, Solothurn, Switzerland. 2007 Gallery Wagner Marks, Farnkfurt a.M., Germany 2008 Museum Wetz, Switzerland |
