Hubert Cance was born in 1962 in Aurillac, in France, to a family of artists. My roots are based classical and folk european, having grow in an old medieval country, in an house full of books and animals.

| About the Artist |
My artwork include "technical" or "historical" subjects as well as fantasy in a mix of asian style, shamanism and gaelic culture, trying to open windows to another world, with a fascination for trees and old stones. |

| Education and biography |
After some varied studies of art and history and then my military service, I start to work as free-lance pattern maker for various scale modelling firms around the world, from france, and then Ireland. Following my return to France, I started to progressively fall back on artwork and writing articles, activity which now take his full time. I am actually published in numerous magazines and books from France to Japan and Hong Kong.
