I was born in Italy in 1957.
Graduated in Comunication Art in Milan 1976.In 1980 in New York my first steps in the Advertising business.
1982 I was once again in Milan working as art director for Ogilvy & Mather and later in 1986, for Pirella Gottsche Lowe.
In 1990 I was finally ready to take the big step and become a professional advertising photographer.
Today I spend half of my time in Tuscany and the other half in Milan, where I continue to be a photographer.
Sono nato in Italia nel 1957. Diplomato in comunicazioni visive a Milano nel 1976. nell’80 sono a New York dove faccio la mia prima esperienza nel mondo della pubblicità.
Nel 1982 di ritorno a Milano sono art director Ogilvy & Mather e nel 1986 in Pirella Gottsche Lowe.
Nel 1990 sono faccio il passo decisivo e divento fotografo pubblicitario.
Oggi trascorro metà del mio tempo in Toscana a Cortona, dove vivo con la mia famiglia e l’altra metà a Milano dove continuo a fare il fotografo.

These images want to observe reality with new eyes, turning it on its head, subverting worn out patterns and consolidated mental habits by means of a celebration of an ideal eternal beauty which is immutable and untarnished, that of the soul...
In these times of neurotic obsession with the pursuit of eternal youth, totally external and formal, the soul’s body is an original meditation on the transcendent power of real beauty.

Queste immagini vogliono osservare la realtà con occhi nuovi, sovvertendo schemi e abiti mentali consolidati e, talvolta, usurati, attraverso la celebrazione di un’ideale di bellezza eterno, immutabile, inscalfibile: quello dell’anima...
In tempi nevroticamente ossessionati dalla rincorsa a un’eterna giovinezza tutta esteriore e formale, il corpo dell’anima è un’originale meditazione sul potere trascendente della vera bellezza.
