Taking inspiation from people, pop culture, music, fashion magazines my work turns into a self exploration process. Most works depict one seemingly lost or vunerable individual that is lost in the madness that has become normal in contemporary life.By contrasting colour and brushstroke i portray a sweet sugarlike surface but there is always a darkness underneath. |
