BEATLES Mandala

| A commission for Miami Beach Art in Public Places. I have designed a glass mosaic Mandala to commerate the arrival of the Beatles to Miami Beach in 1964. This Mosaic Mandala will be 200 square feet and will be installed in a public park very close to the ocean on Miami Beach a few blocks from the Deauville Hotel where the Fab Four originally stayed while in Miami. The text around the border has the work LOVE in the following languages: English, Korean, Hebrew, Russian, Farsi, Tibetan, Dutch, French, Spanish, Greek, Japanese and English. |
