| A life long Methuen, Ma., USA resident, art has always been a part of my life. I have been an artist since childhood, working in many different mediums while raising my six children and involving them as much as possible in fun projects. Photography has been a great source of pleasure for me and a very therapeutic way of filling the void throughout the eleven years since my husband’s passing. I have been able to truly appreciate the beauty throughout the large area of the Merrimack Valley and am happy to share my works with others who love art. I pride myself in being self-taught in photography and many varieties of software including Photoshop. Born in Biddeford Pool, Maine, I have returned back to the seacoast in my work mainly through seascapes. I also enjoy photographing landscapes and flowers while continuing my four year career in portrait photography. My career and involvement in the arts has allowed me to meet many people of all ages and different cultures that live here in our region. I have thoroughly appreciated this experience. In the future I hope to expand my portfolio throughout all of New England in photographing its historic treasures and beauty. I am a member of the Arts Institute Group of the Merrimack Valley and have participated in exhibits at the Nevins Memorial Library and Lawrence Heritage State Park sponsored by Arts Institute Group of Merrimack Valley.
