I started out as a painter, found graphic design and managed to find a home in installation art in 2/3D mazes of typography and cryptic autobiography. |

| Education and biography | |
| BFA, Kendall College of Art and Design. MFA, University of Michigan. Fulbright Scholar (the Netherlands), 2006 Artist in Residence, NLXL, The Hague, 2006 Artist in Residence, Tsinghua University, Beijing. My BFA landed me in the advertising industry - which I naively thought I could change from the inside...but it just made me sour. My sense of adventure landed me in grad school and allowed me the necessary time for developing an articulate voice of cultural nourishment. This need for conversation has allowed me to exhibit my strange Design work in many gallerys and museums from Big Rapids Michigan to Beijing China. I exhibit my work frequently in Europe, Asia and the United States. |
