I received my BFA from The School of Visual Art, in New York City and studied paintings in Paris, France, and Florence, Italy. Upon graduation I returned to Italy, for a year, to further pursue my painting, where I adopted Renaissance painting techniques. Afflicted with wander lust, I created a body of work documenting my travels abroad in cities such as, Venice, Rome, Brussels, and Amsterdam. Upon returning to the United States I set out to paint my surroundings and created this most recent series of urban landscapes. I have recently been awarded the Frank Dumomd Award for Oustanding Work at the Salmagundi Club. As well as participation in the New York Foundation For the Arts M.A.R.K program. |
