30 April 1968
Cagliari (Sardinia), Italy
Under the influence of the ancient Mediterranean roots, of the different populations, of the limpid sea and of the red earth, starts my personal artistic discussion. Elements that mix together are various: ancient and modern. It is the trip and encounter with other people that bring to life the inner artist dialogue.
Currently he lives and works in Florence, Italy.

| About the Artist |
After the classic academic formation of the drawing and the chiaroscuro technique, characteristic for the Italian Art of the Renaissance, the artistic expression was oriented, in the first years of the nineties, towards the exploration of several materials. Natural materials (such as earth clay, sand, wood, etc.) and artificial materials (such as varnishes, metals, plastic, etc.) with their different qualities lead to a choice and to the integration between what is artificial and what is natural and ancient.
The matter and its quality becomes then an image and integrate itself with the fossil coal. They are shaped like fluctuating structures and static installations.
The artistic research explores the deep places of the anima that are defined in configurations and images through the use of different materials. They are chosen following the natural and spontaneous aesthetic resonance. The inner and deep scene of the artist and of the human being it becomes a place of knowledge, thought and growth.
