Born in 1951, Cyndy was raised on a small family farm in Michigan, USA. Although she showed an interest in art, her parents urged a more practical course into business. After numerous college degrees and a long career in industry, Cyndy decided to hang up the stressful lifestyle of the business executive to pursue her creative passions. |
| About the Artist | |
Although Cyndy's early work focused on graphite and pencil pieces, her inspirations come from her farming roots. Nature, fields and forests illuminated by beautiful light speak to her and stir an emotional response that flows onto her canvas. |

| More business degrees than I care to recount. Fine Art studies at Watkins College of Art&Design, Nashville TN. Fine Art studies at Austin Peay State University. Cyndy continues to define her personal "vox humana" with workshops with noted national and regional U.S. artists. |
