Born 1970 in Westminster, London.I currently live near Stroud in Gloucestershire. I have three lovely children, a great and loving partner, fab friends, a cat called Tadpole and 15 stick insects. |

My illustration work is realized in a series of drawn characters. Each one with their own quirks and attitudes. Each one illustrating different aspects of my own character and observations of others. They seek to be universal - capturing aspects of the everyman or woman. They depict human nature abstracted from the specific of “that’s you and that’s me’, and re-presented with a generic relevance to us all. |

| O levels, A levels, BTECS etc. First in Art History from DeMontford University, Leicester. Worked in galleries, been setting up exhibitions for myself and other people for years. Lots of community arts - you reap what you sow. Glastonbury festival, carnival puppets, workshops galore. Worked as a stained glass artist for years. Loved it. Restoration pieces in Gloucester Cathedral and Woodchester Mansion to name but a few. Drawing for my supper now. Illustration mainly. Illustration is fabulous because you make up your own rules. Exhibited locally - lots. Need to get noticed further afield. Am on a mission as a self confessed drawaholic. |
