mal me quer bem me quer
The picture represents the play of life. Wants me badly - does not want me, the flower game we used to play, pulling out petal by petal until the last one. This is our destination. A history told in black and white in order to establish a frontier between reality and its representation which has to be passed by the spectator. Color is a invention. A history invented by ourselves involving our experiences and the perception of space, time and personal fortune: creating an image of our life. By walking with my feet in a spiral over the freshly painted panel the footprints left in the gray ink free the white flower petals. The exploding petals make space and undiscover simbols which allude to certain passages in life. These small events construct a picture in constant movement representing the condition of man in nature.
