| 关于此艺术家 |
After graduating with his BFA from Concordia University, Donohue began creating visionary photos of Canadian landscapes that were inspired by trips to Western Canada and the dramatic landscapes to be found in his home province, Quebec. His first trip to France in 1979 was the beginning of his love for the city of Paris. Returning frequently, Paris is his inspiration for cityscapes and details of city life.
Donohue combines his love of books with his art and has produced several limited edition artist's books including; l'Oratoire, a series of black and white photos of St. Joseph?s Oratory in Montreal, and Paris Eclectique, a selection of colour photographs of Paris.
