Born in Hollywood, California 1964. A rapscallion artist, musician and writer who is often more idiot than savant, I insist on a good sense of humor and mandatory goofiness. I am honest to a fault and am uninterested in anyone who adopts a façade fatale. I indulge daily in a wide variety of interests including writing, painting, gluing my fingers together and then attempting to play stand-up and electric bass with Baby Seal Club, a local Northern California band. I am continually surprised that no one actually ever comes to my door to hand me a big bag of money for being so damn clever. I live with my partner of eight years in a little slice of heaven on the western edge of Sonoma County, California. We share our undersized home with our oversized dog, my eighty-three year-old mother, millions of friends, and have devoted one large workshop area just to our egos. Daily weather report: Grumpy under big hair in the morning with a chance of coffee clearing the clouds by mid-afternoon. Becoming stormy again by nightfall with a downpour of creativity and friskiness by midnight. Occasional bowls of cereal possible by 2 a.m.

| About the Artist |
I find inspiration in my fractured life and continually attempt to glue the tiny shards back together. Nothing is truly solid including this rationale for my debatable inspiration. Oh, and all works are copyrighted, duh. |

| Education and biography |
| The son of two artists, it has become abundantly clear that this round peg is never going to fit in a square hole, no matter how hard I’m pounded. Lacking the ability to raise children adequately, my parents had no choice but to shove paint brushes, pencils, pens, crayons and pastels into my hands as a way to pacify my growing intolerance for the affliction of childhood. As an adult, I attended several evening classes to obtain the basic art instruction but largely self-taught. I have exhibited and sold work in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, San Francisco and Sonoma County. |
