| Laura Medina |
| |
|

| About the Artist |
Laura Medina proposes a journey. To her world of images. She takes our hand and show us to the entrance of this world she created, and then give us a firm push. For the first few moments we feel the vertigo of the surprise: Rivers of colors and textures welcome us, women offering their souls and bodies for a celebration of the senses. With each step we take, the initial vertigo fades away, until we are bare of our prejudices, we make ourselves comfortable, relaxing our body, our eyes completely submerged into every painting, and we want to lay there, feeling the overwhelming heat of its passion. We discover in her work, the precision of the feminine perspective, a glance that captures every detail, every subtility and turns it into a beautiful creation. Laura Medina cultivates that passion day after day, passion for living, for loving, creating, a passion for giving.
Silvina Correa.
Prof of Visual Arts.
