Puddle Monochrome Painting (Yellow)
In this case, take as regards the tradition of monochrome painting, associated with states of meditation with transcendent meaning. But this time the selected color is pure yellow fluorescent pigment (associated with antimeditation and playfull positions), I use to dye a puddle.
In this way, position the painting in a diffuse boundary that has to do with the action, which relates to and appropriates a natural fenomena in a urban space out of its traditional artistic context and in its final result is presented as a video and photograph intallation. |
