Mark Langley

About the Artist

Mark undertakes the majority of his work in pencil or coloured pencil, this allows him to capture the high level of detail for which he has become known.

He is ecclectic in his choice of subject matter ranging from the railway studies of his early work, to portraits and now architectural studies.

Mark likes to draw his inspiration locally particularly from the Peak District which is on the door step of his Derbyshire studio. Mark enjoys walking in the Peak District and takes the opportunity to gather inspiration for future work whilst enjoying the countryside.
