| About the Artist | |
I always wanted to be an artist, but didn't get it together till I came to Spain to live when I was 24 years old. My entire career has a painter has developed in Spain. I work every day, either painting or making prints. I'm inspired by the things that are closest to me, my house, garden, friends, animals, etc. |

| Education and biography | |
| I'm self taught in painting, except for a brief introduction by northern English painter, Peter Shaw. Then I had the great good luck to be selected for a two-year etching residency at the Rodriguez-Acosta Foundation in Granada, Spain. I've exhibited individually and collectively in Spain, the U.S., the U.K. and many other countries since 1969, and have work in many museums and private collections. Every year in July I run printmaking workshops in my studio. I'm also co-founder of the World Printmakers website(http://www.worldprintmakers.com). | |
