| Impressions – Three local artists launch new art and photography collections at the Crypt Gallery, Seaford. Be inspired… The two-week exhibition begins on the 5th May and will present the new works of Louise Elms, Michelle Ward and Emily Wright. The exhibition will include two fun and inspiring daytime printing workshops for children on the Bank Holiday Monday. This will be an opportunity for creativity and learning, and will result in a work of art the children can take home! Louise Elms will lead a talk on Composition in Photography, on Thursday 10th May from 7.30pm. This will feature ways of improving photography using tried and tested techniques such as rule of thirds, depth of field and negative space. The private view evening will be held on the 8th May from 6pm, a fantastic opportunity to meet the artists, and enjoy a glass of wine in the beautifully restored medieval under croft. |
