| About the Artist |

| Education and biography |
| Miguel Angel Concepcion (Isla Cristina, 1966) appears to us like a versatile, complex artist, to multidiscipline, although, at first, artistic panorama bursts in into him basically as painter and in a moment shows a great interest by the sculpture, is as of 1998, when, due to a small accident, he must be postrado in a wheelchair during two weeks in the primitive study of San of Seville, where initiates what later modus will be his operandi. During that time it draws constantly, simultaneously that designs and thinks numerous facilities and sculptures, that although very few were carried out, if they later produced satisfactory results for the author. In its exhibitions they begin to appear facilities, and is in the Gallery of Fernando Serrano de Trigueros, where it will make, until now, its greater installation: a desert of 18 8 xs Mts with 1500 kg of virgin salt in whose blue center it showed an island of teselas of swimming pools. At the moment, in its works we can observe fusions of techniques electro-graphs or digitalises with classic procedures like the oil or the acrylic, as well as the development of an extensive work in video or digital stamping. The aquatic migrations, the descontextualización and the history of the art, are referring conceptual and the icnográficos ones to which it resorts habitually. Its work has been able to see itself in international forums of art as ARCO and ESTAMPA as well as in different museums and galleries from Art. Between its last exhibitions they emphasize the one of the Cervantes Institute of Brussels and in the European Parliament of Strasbourg. The scholarship of the Foundation has received numerous prizes emphasizing “Fundación Joan Miró†of Majorca after the project “the day that Arcimboldo invited to me to eat†made with RocÃo Lopez Zarandieta, first prize in the Hall Autumn of three Huelva of 02 and Becas Daniel Vázquez Diaz of the Provincial Delegation of Huelva. Account with works in the Foundation Joan Watched, Delegation of Huelva, Hispanic Central bank, Foundation the Mount, Wharf of the Carabelas (the Rábida), Archaeological Set of Itálica, Museum of contemporary Art of Rib and in the city councils of Huelva, Isla Cristina, the Palm of the County, Gibraleón, Moguer and Seville (among others). It is charter member of VulgarisARTE (www.vulgarisarte.net) with which they have made three editions with enormous national and international success and prepare its participation in a exhibition in Mexico DF. It has participated in the more important samples of Contemporary Art of the province like in the first edition of 7+ 1.
