Ebb & Flow
This series of images is an exploration of relationship, the result of my personal experiences with others. The images are representations of reasons, results, efforts, confusion and understanding. “ebb” illustrates those moments when communication seemed most difficult, moments of resistance. “flow” encompasses moments of clarity, insight and the capacity to move on.
I saw these sentiments play out in the landscape. The natural setting provides for safe and nurturing examination of these emotional states, a place of grounding and reassessment.
