| Pilar Gonzalez |

|
I was born in Santiago de Chile but have lived in Sweden since the mid-1970s. I was just a child when I started to paint – even before I acquired proper paint, I explored different natural materials to express my thoughts and feelings.
Today I still use a wide variety of materials and techniques in my artistic work, which consists of painting, sculpture and graphic art. I also sing and write poetry. I am inspired by Nature, human encounters, and everything that happens around me, but above all by my dreams of a better world. A world in which nothing is impossible, light always exists and love is always present.
Within the language of my colours an invitation to a boundless dialogue is always present; I call my art the Art of Telling.

| About the Artist |
"Pilar communicates in her paintings the architecture of
light and missbuillding cathedrals of emotions accompanied by the musical mirages of violins- the same halb buried in desert sand and others emergins as contours from a human face trough light, mist or down towards a seated woman´s back on a chair resembling amusical instrument constantly playing the song of the unattainable but always present love!"
ELSA GRAVE
Poet an Dramatist
Member of the Swedish Dramatis Society and Penklubben.
