I am compelled to paint figuratively. Being colourblind, I 'feel' the media I paint/draw/sketch with, as opposed to seeing it. |

| Education and biography | |
| Fyling Hall 1957-66 Cirencester 1968-71 Australia, Far East, Alaska, Canada 1971-74 various exhibitions. Sickened by commercialism, withdrew to paint privately and work with the earth 1975-2000. 'Discovered' by girlfriend who induced fresh confidence and was shocked to find attics full of thousands of pictures from painting daily for years. Numerous exhibitions since 2000, in and around North Yorkshire. Recently the topic of YTV documentary (Oct 2007). |
