I was born in London in 1960 but, as far back as I can remember, I have been fascinated by nature, especially by rocks and minerals. |
| About the Artist | |
The Ruskin Gallery in Sheffield introduced me to the idea of Artistic Science. I have since been intrigued to learn that Ruskin once wrote lyrically about the beauties that could be seen using the technique of “Microscopical Petrography”. |

| Education and biography | |
| I graduated from Nottingham University with an honours degree in geology and studied photography at Sheffield College. My work has been exhibited at the Cooper Gallery in Barnsley; the Arts Centre, St. Anne's Centre and Swinton Lock in Rotherham and at the DQ Bar in Sheffield, where it was shown on multiple wide screens. Recent exhibitions include Bank Street gallery, Two Wall Gallery (USA) and the Sheffield Showcase. |
