I am a New York City artist. I love the jazz rhythms of the city and the way it constantly changes. I think of us as dwelling on an enormous granite reef. |
| About the Artist | |
My two decades of widely recognized work in fine art photography, positioned me uniquely to explore a recent new direction in oil painting. My compositions explore the abstract interrelations of color and image through nominally realistic scenes. I have received two New York State Artist’s Fellowships and the Kaleidoscope Award from the Indianapolis Museum of Art. My work is included in permanent and corporate collections including the Museum of Modern Art and the Metropolitan Museum. |
