Grew up in N.California, lived in New Mexico & NYC. Moved to the West Village in New York City and encountered Koho Yamamoto's studio where she taught sumi-e and exhibited her own watercolour and ink paintings.
About the Artist
First exposed to asian art by viewing the Avery Brundage Collection or far eastern art at the De Yong Museum, San Francisco as a teenager.

Education and biography
Studied with Koho Yamamoto for 7 years. Attended studio art courses in New York City at Hunter College and the School of Visual Arts.
