Barry Hunter is a motorsport art specialist dealing under the name of Barry Hunter MotorSport Art and he paints mainly car or wheels related subjects, but also undertakes general artwork.He is a Member of the Fine Art Trade Guild and the Guild of Motoring Artists which promotes high standards in motoring art and it exhibits widely in the UK and has members across the world.Barry currently Edits their Newsletter called Redline.
Barry regularly exhibits with the Guild and has shown his work at the Donington Park Racing Car Collection,The Ayrton Senna Memorial Dinner,Gaydon National Heritage Motor Museum, Coventry Transport Museum, the Alex Reade Motor Sport Gallery in central London and Ther DACS exhibition in the Mall Gallery and at Silverstone Racing Club.

Barry's pictures have featured on greetings cards for Gibson Grreetings,Image Source, Noel Tatt and Wenlock Edge and he has also had his images featured as phone wallpaper with Boungiorno.His work has also been hung in a number of offices as part of a number of art-rental schemes.He regularly exhibits at local art shows in the Bucks, Berks and Oxfordshire area and usually participates inBucks and Oxford Artweeks and Wycombe Swan Theatre in High Wycombe.Barry's commissioned work has included corporate work for Jaguar/Stewart Grand Prix sponsor MCI Worls Com,FIAT UK,BMW Cowley, the Murray Walker Tribute 'Trusers on Fire', the San Francisco based Clyde Bay Trading Company and Jenkins & Davies Steelwork. He has also completed many private motorsport and non motoring commissions.Barry's work can be found on a number of specialist web-sites and directories. He has had his workauctioned through anumber of charities to raise money for good causes, including the BEN Motor Industry Motorsport Auction at Brooklands and the Kings Sutton Tsunami Appeal. |

'CHANGING THE GUARD'

Fernando Alonso won the 2005 San Marino Grand Prix at Imola after a tense struggle during the final laps. Michael Schumacher's Ferrari had chased down and passed Jenson Button's BAR-Honda and quickly caught Fernando's Reanult. During the closing laps the seven times World Champion harried the young Spaniard, who calmly repulsed all passing attempts. Fernando is seen at the Variate Alta chicane hotly pursued by Michael Schumacher's Ferrari. |

Brazilian Ayrton Senna won a soaking 1988 British Grand Prix at Silverstone in a Marlboro-McLaren MP4-4 in a superb wet-weather virtuoso performance. He was to go on to win the 1988 World Championship and with his great rival and teampmate Alain Prost, the McLaren team was to win a record 15 out of 16 races that year. |

| Education and biography |
Barry was educated at Pembroke Grammar School and is an Accredited Press photographer at Silverstone circuit and meets many of the Formula One drivers there as part of his duties.He has demontrated at Art Groups, given talks on motorsport Art and been interviewed on BBC Radio Oxford and been interviewed on the BBC Oxford Six Business TV programme.
