| About the Artist |
Fear, isolation and tension characterize the work of the young Canadian photographers Carlos (29) and Jason (25) Sanchez. The brothers visualize moments of struggle and conflict, based on personal experience and stories in the media. The result is psychologically charged images, with subtly conveyed emotions. By exposing taboos and areas of social stress in society, the photographers give room for new insights. They willingly leave the viewer to interpret these meticulously posed, cinimatically pictures in their own way. |
